There is an idle set screw? I know there is a way to set the idle speed using TuneEdit, and there is a throttle position sensor in the FI system. Maybe there is a throttle stop somewhere on the fuel injector body assembly, but I have never looked for it. My guess is that you have a synchronization problem or something like that. That is where I would look before looking for a way to prop the throttle open a little with an adjusting screw.
