I bought a tuneboy and finally got the tune exactly the way I want it. Now I'm thinking a K & N air filter might open up some additional power. Thing is: how's this gonna affect my current tune. It took me quite a bit of tinkering to get it the way I want it. Now I almost hate to fiddle with it again.

Has anyone seen a noticeable difference in power once the K & N air filter was added? Is it worth purchasing?

there is a thread on here about K n N BUT THE GENERAL CONSENSUS IS THAT STICKING WITH THE ORIDGEONAL IS THE BEST WAY TO GO

The OEM filter is very high quality, so you won't see much gain. You might see a very little gain if you retune, but I doubt that it will do much to the performance of your map.
