I installed a set Cycra Stealth hand guards on my Speed Four for the cold weather, had to remove the fly screen (which I've been wanting to do for a while) because the guards were hitting during turns... on the clutch side had to move the mirrors over slightly to fit the billet mount, on the throttle side is where the clearance is worse. Had to move the starter box over and the mirrors as well as the throttle outward slightly, have ran into a sticky throttle if I push it toward the bar end, I had to flip the rubber of the throttle grip over the plastic end piece and I am going to take the bar end off and take about 1/8 of and inch off of it to give clearance, but like I said it only causes a problem if you slide the grip toward the bar end, I rode today in rush hour traffic with no incidents... This morning was only about 50ish so I didn't get a chance to see how well they work since it wasn't that cold, but they seem to make a difference and don't look too bad... I have to get the paint shop to mix me some paint to spray them to match the Roulette Green or I may just spray them black to match the frame and such, for now I'm just happy to have some kind of wind protection on my hands, I learned of these in the Speed Triple forum, people with bar end mirrors will not have the issues I have, I still have the mouse ears, because I have grown accustomed to using them...
