don't complain! i'm on a tt600 and the mirrors are the worst thing about the bike...i sat on a S4 and loved your mirrors, but they won't mount up on my bike or i would have gotten them immediately.
Anyways, a friend of mine swears by enders, legal(out in seattle anyways), they are on his speed trip.

I have the Skyking Bar End Mirrors. I saw fine out of them once I got them adjusted properly, but it took some getting use to. Plus, there are better designs out there than the Skyking mirrors. Look for a design where the bar end mirror extends upward a bit. Initially all I could see were my wrist, but I've learned to hold my hand so that I can see what's behind me.

The Napolean (Napoleon?) bar end mirrors are pretty good. I had them on my Bandit, & they were very useful. I don't run them on my S4 because they ad to the overall width, & right now I prefer the S4 to be narrow.

I agree with John. I too have the SkyKing mirrors. Once adjusted, they are fine. Until then, you have to crane your neck a bit. Well-made product. Good quality.

I picked up a cheap pair of bar-end mirrors at a swapmeet for $15 and painted the union jack on them. They are great, much better rear visibility than stock plus they give the fromt end a much beter look. I have a pict in my album album pict

That's true, they provide a very clear view of the elbows. Most Japanese bikes provide only a blurry view of the elbows :-D

There are some companies that make spacers for fairing-mounted mirrors. Here is what the SW-MOTECH spacer looks like this:

Unfortunately I haven't found anything like this for the TT600. However, I'll bet if we could figure out what Japanese bikes have the same mirror bolt pattern we could probably adapt some of these to the TT. Does anyone have access to any Japanese sportbikes? Good ones to check would be a CBR600, EX500, ZX6R, GSX600F, GSXR600, SV650, FZ1, FZR600, YZF600R, or R1. If anyone has access to one of these, measure the distance between the mirror bolts. That should be all the information we need.

I think another good feature is for the mount to have a pivot so it will swing back out of the way if you hit something (while lane sharing, for example) without affecting steering.
