how do i take off the launchers , iwant to spray them red so they don't stick out so much

They are snapped in with some plastic tabs. Take the fairing off, including the upper fairing. You can get at the tabs from inside that way. You will have to squeeze them together a bit because they have plastic barbs on them that keep them from coming back out once you snap them in place. That may not make much sense, but once you look at them from the back, you will know what I am trying to say.

Just pry them off and re-install them with ABS cement. I learned that from Will. :-D :razz:

It was silicon sealant on those! That was after the tabs were broken- it does work.
