Whenever my D650 gets warm (i.e 190 degrees) and I shift into neutral it sitcks there and won't shift out unless I roll forward or back. Is this a common problem with the Daytonas??? The dealer told me his bike (also a D650) does the same thing and not to worry about it......but I'm not quite sure I want to leave this problem alone. Any help is much appreciated!!! Thanks.
My TT600 used to do a similar thing, but my D650 has been perfect. It was never really a problem. The method I used was to let the clutch out a little whilst pushing down into first, and it would clunk in.
Does this happen when you shift into neutral while already stopped? If it is, then try shifting into neutral while you are still rolling a bit, just before you stop.
