so im broken in now and i get this really annoying vibration noise around 6800-8500 RPMs... is this normal? its really gets on my nerves and doesn't sound very good.

Is the vibration a high frequency buzz coming from the cockpit/fairing? If so, yeah that's normal and irritating as hell. I ended up removing my flyscreen, which of course fixed the problem. Triumph should've put some sort of rubber gasket in between the flyscreen and the plastic piece that supports it.

never had a problem here with fly screen rattle, nor noise at those revs... cant help you tho hmmm

mystery solved! it seems my right side passenger footpeg rattles like a mofo above 7k RPMs. its really annoying, but should be an easy fix. i just need to find some washers...
