i replaced my stator and rectifier on 11-11-2012 and getting 13.5 at idle and 14.5 over 3000rpm
i was told if it is over your rectifier is faulty as it should not pass more than 14.5v as it will destroy your battery
have you checked your connections for corrosion and continuity
i bought my bike 2 months ago as a project and knew this was an issue luckily for me
the refurb stator and rectifer came with new connectors as the stator one was melted
i just cleaned the remaining ones and checked continuity.
