@Day6, Thank you, I will probably wind up doing that if I do not find one for sale.
@SquarEuro, Why didn't I think of that! Thanks for the info, I had run across talks of the circular holes in sprockets as apposed to other shapes in doing sprocket research. The circular holes distribute force(?) evenly whereas other shapes collapse more easily under increasingly extreme load.
What else is new?????
I got a front paddock stand finally, for storage. Still haven't figured out how to use the dang thing, but it looks cool! ($37!)
Found some really nice cleaner. It's like a bike wash, for your plastics. It works on all plastics and leather, and much more. It's 303 Aerospace Protectant. I saw it at a spa/jacuzzi place for leather outdoor covers. It helps repel water on my visor (like rainx for plastic (don't use rainx on plastic!)) and it shines up the fairings like new! It is a UV protectant also. It's like armorall, but lasts.
Got a Cortech tank bag.... for free! Got it from a friend that sold his 848 with one of the straps still on it. Went down to an arts and crafts store and picked up strap material and a clasp for $5!
Update on the Pirelli Angel ST's: I have just over 25,000mi now. I put the Angels on at about 19k. 6k mi later they have over half of the tread left.
