Three questions,

1. Is the fuel fitting(tank to fuel line - one red, one white) used on the S4 a standard threading?

2. Where (outside of the dealership) can I procure one?

3. Are there any other bikes that use a swappable one? (mine snapped and I have a big ride planned for tommorrow, and the dealership where I am takes years to get things...)

Thanks.

Cheers.

I don't know what other bikes might use the same fittings. There is a Colder Industries brass fitting that works, but it takes for ever to get. Longer than a dealership. That is a shame that it broke when it did.

I had heard, that there are ducati fitting that would work here. Don't quote me on it though, it was something that I gleaned from another webiste.

Now that I think of it, there is a Lockhart Phillips quick disconnect part that works. I can't tell you the part number, but it is a straight fitting instead of a 90 degree angle, but my understanding is that it works. I sometimes need a kick in the head to remember things.
