sprockets depends on what you are doing but I think the 15(14)?/47 is solid

and the tor map is good too from the dealer.. if you are having trouble with bogging issues then downshift and be higher in your rpms

I'm in the same boat......I want to upgrade the chain and sprockets and would like to know for more torque what I need. I've read numerous threads without any definition on what combo gives you top speed and what gives you more torque

The funny thing is the usual combos - 15/47 or 15/49 - raise the engine revs over stock, but also raise the top speed. The reason is top speed is limited by aerodynamics more than revs, so if you have just a few more revs at the top, it make enough more power to make the bike just a little faster as well as a little quicker.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.

Sprocket setup

I run the 15/47 setup with a 520 chain. The 15 tooth in the front helps keep the chain off the rubbing block on the swingarm. I weigh 220 pounds so this helps with the low end pull(torque) off the line. It still allows a top speed over 150 mph.

I got my setup from an Ebay store called Sum Of All Parts. $140 shipped and I received the package in two days. Don't forget to check the condition(backlash) of the rubber cush drive while you're at it. Also get a new sprocket nut and tab washer.

Good point about the cush drive. I replaced it on my 2000 TT600, and it made a huge difference in how the bike felt off the line.

Which did you get? They have multiple applications but nothin that has a TT600 in the description. Sorry for all the idiot questions, I just don't want to mess up.
