Tt 600 Engine stop running.

Hi there for 1 more time.
I had a problem with my bike.At low rpms the bike did not hear well.
I think the right word is stalling.
I went at the triumph dealership for a service. He told me that the gas was not good and that he found 1 littre of water at the gas tank.He told me that he cleaned the injections i think too.
He change oil,the 4 spark plugs too.
This was before 3 days ago.
Now i am at a trip in a town with lot of traffic and i have a problem.
When the temperatures goes high around 104 C the cooling fan kicks on and the engines stops...What is happening guys?what should i do?
I saw that the expansion cooling tank(the white one at the left side of the bike) was empty.I went at a shop and bought some coollant mixture and filled it up till the max mark.
I turned on the engine and let the temp goes up.Again at 104 c and when the cooling fan is starting the engine is turning off herself.
Please tell me what to do because i dont know a triumph dealer here and i ama afraid that the bike might have a fault.
Sorry for my bad english guys!
Please help the situation here!!
Thnsk a lot!

My best guess is to check the charging system first. If it is not working at its best the electrical load of the fan can stall the engine. My TT would stumble then run fine, my charging system is barely strong enough.

The fan draws a lot of current, so make sure the battery terminal screws are tight. As Kubbie pointed out, a weak charging system can be problematic with the fan. Next time you are riding, watch the temperature gauge, and when you see the fan is going to turn on, raise the engine rpm with the clutch lever pulled in or transmission in neutral. This may stop the engine from stalling, at least until you can find a mechanic you trust.

this

On super hot days the bike will want to stall when the fan comes on. electrical checks out ok so I just tend to keep an eye on it and blip the throttle right when the fan comes on

Thnks for the answers guys!
When u say charging system u mean the battery? What should i check exactly?I have the manual of tt600 so if someone has it tell me the page so i can find it!I am a little noob with motorcycles!
Is there any problem to burn the engine? The fan starts at 104 C and then goes down to 100 c so the engine does not have a problem right?
Thnsk again!
Merry christmas and a happy new year!

isaias, yes I do mean the battery but also the stator (alternator) and the regulator/rectifier.

If you have the Triumph service manual chapter 15 will show you what these parts look like and where they are located. Unfortunately it doesn't show you how to test anything, at least I couldn't find it.

Decossee over in the Speed Triple forum has given a very detailed explaination of how the entire system works and how to fix it, and upgrades you can make to the system.

Try this:
http://www.triumphrat.net/speed-trip...r-upgrade.html

A little side note. The plug coming from the stator going into the main harness melted twice on my bike. Its located on top of the transmission and if its messed up can cause big headache trying to diagnose other problems.
