I recently got a beautiful a 2005 650 Daytona & want to fit a Remus or similar exhaust canister. The suppliers tell me they only supply for the 600 Daytona (2003 onwards), I was under the impression that the 600/650 bikes were identical apart from the engine size. Can anyone confirm/advise please. Oh & will I have to get the ECU adjusted for the new pipe?

If the can will bolt on, you can use it. Yes, you should make sure you aren't running too lean if you put on an open can.
