I see from the threads in your sig. that you have supertrap's on your bike. whit size did you need to fit on the stock exhaust? looks like a 2 or 2.5 inch but I cant find my calipers. How noticable is the "tuning" ability?

I'll measure to be sure, but I'm pretty sure it is a 2.5" inlet. You'll need to cut off the stock muffler flange, and the ST slides over the header pipe. The tuneablity is probably the best you can ever get. They give you plenty of discs, and they are easy to change.

It takes about ten minutes to change the disc setup when the muffler is hot, but after going for a long ride and changing the disc configuration about four times, I got it to where the throttle response is perfect and the acceleration is very smooth. The craftsmanship is very good also. It is a loud piece, but it does it's back-pressure job well.
