daytona 600 vs tt600

i have a 2000 tt600 what is differnce in the motors between mine and the daytona. i know the bike use the same frame. so what about the motors. are the dayonta motors better? do they have the famous flat spot in the throttle too?

The frames look the same, but are not identical. The biggest difference between a TT600 and a Daytona 600 engine is the fuel injection. I believe Triumph continued the development process for the internals, but I'm not sure to what degree. You can do an engine swap, and there are people here who have done it, but it's a lot of work.

The flat spot exists on nearly every 600cc motorcycle and a lot of others. It has to do with ignition timing and emissions. The flat spot never bothered me much, since I rarely ride with the motor turning 4000 rpms or less. It's not an old Buick!

so the mounts are differnt or what? cause the motor/trans. and maybe the computer if i have too

I don't think the engine/transmission mounting points are different, but many things are. You'd need a Daytona wiring harness, sensors, and ECM, a Daytona or late model S4 fuel pump (single outlet), a Daytona radiator and hoses, and you will have issues with the battery and undertail. I'm sure there are other discrepancies, but I cannot think of them off the top of my head. It is far from a direct swap, however.
