Here's my settings:

Rear:
preload: 47mm treads showing
bound: .25 from full in
rebound: .50 from full in
Front:
preload: 1 line showing
Bound: .25 from full in
Rebound: .50 from full in

I weight 190 pounds, it feels very good at the track but pretty harsh on the street.

I keep the front a little bit on the soft side because most of my roads are bumpy.
I also slid the fork tubed through the tripple clamps so 6mm of the fork tube (below the aluminum fork cap) is protruding above the handlebar mount. This helps the bike fall into tight corners, but gets a little wobbley under hard acceleration over bumps.
Almost nobody can keep up with me and I don't even try.

You probably want to add a bit more preload, but the rest of the settings should be OK.

ok for someone who has no owners manual wicj is the rebound and comp. settings adjustments i know where they are but which is which?
