charging issue on my d6

hi there!

I'm new here, I'm italian so please exmuse me for my bad english!

so, some days ago I left my bike for 2 hours with the lights on and my battery was completely drained...

started the bike ''pushing'' it, but no charging during 40km, I changed the battery, but no charge at alla, after 60km the new battery was ''empty'' and the bike started malfunctioning, I've read avery post here about mods and tests on the charging wirings....I tried everything but without any result, so:

my alternators voltage are 60V at 5000 rpm on every combination of the wires, so it's ok...

my r/r measured with a diode tester seems to work ok

my voltage on the battery plugs is:
12,4 with bike off
12,0 idleing
<12 revving

no charging voltage at all...

so I tried bypassing the oem wiring from the r/r to the battery with a 30A fuse on the +line but nothing changed...

the fuse I added is ok, tested with my multimeter it says 0 ohms...

cleaned the earth connection to the engine, nothing....

I noticed that wires are pretty hot but no output from the r/r...

I've just ordered a 2008 CBR 600 RR 's r/r that's a mosfet one to replace my one, thinking that the problem is there...

have you got any input and suggestion!?!?

thanksss!!!

forgot to say..

of course no shorts between alternators coils and to earth, wire to wire is always 0.7 ohms and OL to earth...

so I suppose my alternator is good...

A bad regulator/rectifier can fry the stator. It's worth getting the gasket so you can pull the cover off and take a look. If it's fine, then all you have to do is put the cover back on. If it's burned up, then you have probably already seen in several threads where to get it rewound.

Your English is great, especially compared to my Italian!

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.

thanks...

voltage and resistnce are ok, so I won't look inside...I'll trust in my stator... today my r/r has arrived in the weekend when I'll be at home I'll change it and crossfinger my bike will come back full working...
