I am having a bit of front end wobble (or weave) occurring upon deceleration. It is happening when I am letting the bike slow down using engine braking from ~48-42 MPH (indicated).

You think this could be a head-race problem or something else? Steering damper or is something wrong?

You could also have it tightened too much. That can sometimes cause a similar low frequency weave.
