Anybody know what ECU I would have on a 2004 Speed Four? I am guessing Sagem but I could be wrong?
And does the Tuneboy plug in to the lead under the seat?

Yes, all Speed 4s and TT600s had Sagem injection. (the d600 may have had Sagem as well, but the d650 definitely made the switch to Keihin injection)

Getting the cable from someone else may not be of great value unless they are selling the ecu that it is keyed to. The bulk of the cost of the tuneboy is in the key itself, which is ecu specific. (Although it can't hurt to get the cable cheaply if someone has one lying around).
