possible daytona 600/650 race bodywork GP

i am looking for interest in a possible Group purchase for Daytona 600/650 race fairings...

I have been talking with armourbodies.ca... they make some of the best race plastics available...

they don't currently make plastics for the d600, but are willing to make them if there is enough interest...

thanks,
Chris

It may well include a front fender as well. I'm not convinced this is a group buy deal so much as just rounding up interest for ten sets.

well ...

$550 is $100 cheaper than what they offer the d675 set for...

it is technically a group buy, because if we can't do 10 sets, they won't do the R&D...

sharkskinz are almost $1000 for a set... and from what i have seen, armourbodies is at least as good if not better...

later,
Chris

I agree with your opinion of the quality.

I'm unsure about the quality, but Airtech also has some race bodywork for the daytona 600/650. I was thinking about purchasing the tail if I couldnt find a used one on ebay.

airtech is low end...

sharkskinz is high end...

armourbodies is at least as good as sharkskinz...

www.armourbodies.ca has a video review on their site... the go through the process of mounting them on an 06 r6...

let me know if anyone is interested... i am still trying to get more information on what i need to do to get this to happen...

later,
Chris
