Need a longer brake line, help!

Have just about everything for a handlebar conversion, bars/risers/mirrors, clutch and throttle cables I'm told will reach with a little rerouting. I can't find a part/model # for a longer brake line with the proper banjo bolts/fittings. Plenty of stock replacements but that's not what I need. Any other Triumph models use a longer line? Anyone have info on an aftermarket line? Thanks!!

Best guess would be a Tiger. OR.

You could order a line kit thru Dennis Kirk or Chapperral(spelling ?).

Its been awhile but I remember seeing a Russel kit.

You would need to measure how long a line you need, and order the ends you need to install it.

Here you go, about halfway down.

Go here...
http://www.helbrakelines.com/
That is where I got mine just a month ago.
Works well.
I must have looked at the contact us page or something because I found a phone number somewhere and just called my order in.
They will want to know how long a cable you want and what degree banjo bolt bends you want on each end.
I think one end is straight and the other is a 35 degree bend at the caliper end.
There are other places to order online too (remember seeing something like "cyclebrakes.com").
Costs around $50 if I remember correctly. And product is guaranteed for one year for defects or leaks so I was told.

Sorry, forgot to mention I would NOT do a line KIT...
Tried one from Dennis Kirk. You buy the line and banjos separately and then must screw them in. Therefore the line ends have a certain amount of threading in them making the cable stiffer at each end. This will cause them to stick out much farther than desired especially at the caliper end. The routing will be a pain and look terribly out of place. Costs about the same to just make a nice custom one.

Great info, thanks. Don't happen to remember the length you ordered do you? Trying to save time and have everything ready to do swap all at once.

I could give you the length I used but that will not help you. Your risers and handlebars may be a lot lower or higher than mine. I actually fitted my risers and bars to the bike and then routed a length of thick speaker wire to my clutch, brake, and throttle to see what length was needed. Then I turned the handlebars side to side to see if there was any pulling. Then adjusted lengths as necessary.
It worked okay.
There is a formula on one of the cable ordering sites too. Like if you are increasing the bar height x-amount and the pullback y-amount then add z inches to your cable length.
