i haven't tried orange county, but i have tried south bay. i bought a "street fighter" exhaust from them a few years ago. it wasn't a pleasant experience, getting the exhaust took like almost a year and that was after i paid for it. i shouldn't have bought a hand made exhaust from a shop....they just couldn't deliver as promised. i wasn't dying without it, but it just ticked me off that they kept on saying " oh its gunna be next week" finally i said give my money back and then a exhaust appeared the magically the next few days for like half the price. But that was with the sales department....i am looking for a good service dept...maybe ill still try em..

The Brea shop is great! Excellent and well-deserved reputation.

Simi Valley has been good to me. I got the bike there and they did the 500 mile service. Other people I have talked to have been more than pleased with them as well.
