Salt Lake City BMW/Triumph Question

Has anyone had a GOOD service experience with this dealer? (It's also known as Accolade.) I've heard a lot of bad, and a buddy is currently having a lousy time getting Tiger service done. I'll be making plans to have service done elsewhere (Boise, Denver, Reno...) unless someone can say something good about this dealer.
