Since it seems like there are so many deserved rants about bad dealers, I just wanted to put a plug in for my guys at South Suburban Triumph in Illinois. The 675 I got a few weeks ago is my third bike in four years with them, so naturally I was treated right. But there was so much more that went with the bike that the dealer provided during the long process it took for me to get the bike. In fact, I had paid the bike off in November with the intent of picking it up in this spring. Right after Thanksgiving, my ex-employer told me that I would be shut down at the end of the year. Bad news. I went to SoSub and told them my pitiful tale of impending unemployment and he wrote me a check for the full amount on the spot. Well, within two weeks I had two jobs lined up and went back to see him and put money down on the bike and piad it off last month. The bike is fantastic and the service and delivery on the bike were great. Anybody in Chicago or Indiana looking for a bike has got to see Marty, Scott and Jim. I also have a Bonnie that they have worked on for me and I can tell you these guys love bikes, treat you right and do fantastic work. My ill-fated 955i had some problems with a fuel pump and they stood on their heads to get me on the road in time for my Deals Gap trip that ended in Michigan with a bang. Kudos to them and keep up the good work lads!
