Repeat after me.

Baxter Cycle

I bought my Street Triple there, and have never heard ANYONE say anything negative about their staff, service, or parts.

+2 to Southern Powersports in Chattanooga, that's my local shop, I pass within 30 feet of the front door twice a day on the way to and from work and stop in at least every couple of weeks. Les the service manager is actually knowledgeable about bikes in general and is generally a good guy all around.

I-90 Motorsports in Issaquah, WA is absolutely great. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and are fantastic.

DO NOT purchase your bike at Cycle Barn in Lynnwood, WA. Their sales staff are extremely rude and the managers are terrible. I went in to work a deal, I was sitting there for 4 hours and the best price they could come up with was $9700 US out the door for a price. That's over MSRP!! And on top of that, they do not offer the accessory promotion. What a waste of my time.

The closest dealer to me also sells HD's, so Triumph is like treated like a Red Headed Stepchild. My bike has been there now for four days (it won't start), they haven't even looked at it, after they "forgot" about my appointment I had two weeks ago. They will never see another cent form me and if I don't have some news in the next couple of days I'm going to demand it back to take to a different dealer.

I bought my first Speed Four at Cycle Connection in Lodi, NJ. Dealership imploded but the lead mechanic ("country Joe") and the lead sales guy (Bill... now at Ducati of Soho in Manhattan) moved to Trebour Motorcycles in Ledgewood, NJ.

I say my "first" Speed Four... after that one was totaled by the insurance company I found one used up in Connecticut.

First real day of riding this season and, lo an behold, fuel starts gushing out of the tank -- the previous owner never did the recall work. I limped it home (was less than ten minutes from home) and got on the phone with Trebour... a place I have never bought a bike from and somewhere I hadn't been in over a year.

Next morning (Saturday) their truck was at my place to pick the bike up. Like all the dealerships I know they were closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday afternoon the dealership calls me to tell me that the warranty work is done, as is the 6,000 mile check and they checked to make sure that bike had the latest tune from Triumph.

Trebour Motorcycles, Ledgewood, NJ.
