PJ's Albuquerque
I haven't bought a bike a PJ's. I haven't spent big money there. I've been in for a warranty repair, new tires, some other small stuff. I've been in with annoying questions (lots!), looking for free advice. All for a used bike I bought from the previous owner.

Every time I've been there or spoken with them on the phone, they have been pleasant and made every effort to help. They return phone calls when they say they will. They look you up in the computer to try and make sense of the bike's history. They've even tried to save me money, instead of soaking me on repairs! They explain what's going on, and don't give a lot of BS. In short, these guys give exemplary service.

Last fall I met a guy there who had ridden 6 hours all the way from a certain city in Arizona just because he could get better treatment at PJ's.

If I do buy a new Triumph (or Duc), I will do so confidently with these guys.

PJ's ROCKS, and this is my way of saying thanks to Steve in Parts, Mike, (big) Mike, Aaron, Quinn, and whoever else is back there in service.

I'm with you on about PJ's. I've been going to them every since they opened up. Great people and very easy to be around. Now I'll tell you how great they are.
My Dad has dementia, not advanced but enough to have fuzzy days and really clear days. I had promised a friend I would do some work on on her bike. I got my Dad to ride up with me to get the bike and follow me home. I live in a small town about 9000 people. On the way to house my Dad got confused and headed to Albuquerque having been to PJ's with me numerous times. He thought I was taking the bike there. I got to the house and started to work on my friends bike. Twenty minutes later Dad had not showed up and then the worrying started. I hopped on my T-Bird and started looking around Socorro to see if he had gone to the store or stopped for a haircut but still could not find my Dad. About an hour and a half has passed and panic has set in. I head home to call the Police and to give them a description of my Dad and my pickup. There is a message from PJ's on my answering machine saying my Dad is there. Two young women in there early twenties found my Dad in shopping mall parking lot looking confused and asked him if he was ok. He said was trying to get to the Triumph dealer and pick me up but could not remember where it was. They took him over there, told Steve what was going on. Steve then called my home phone and left the message. I got to Alb. as quick as possible and picked my Dad up. They had taken care of Dad as if he was their Dad. I gave the young women, angels really, $100 and bought a whole lot stuff I didn't really need at the moment and thanked them over and over for their thoughtfulness and caring about my Dad. PJ, Steve and the rest of staff are wonderful human beings.
Pj's is the best dealership I have ever been around. They are ten star dealership.

I agree totally with you both, PJ's is great!

After another mail order outfit sent me the wrong mufflers for my Scrambler and facing a lengthy reorder PJ's came through with fast delivery and a great price.

I heard good things about PJ's from other folks in Tucson. I wanted a specific Triumph jacket that had been discontinued, so I started calling all the Triumph dealers within about 500 miles of Tucson. I got all sorts of responses, from apologies for not having one to BS about all the discontinued stock had to be sent back to England! I got somebody at PJ's and they did some calling around and actually found a shop in LA that had the jacket in stock. They called me back, gave me the name of the person to talk to, and I bought the jacket. They knew I was in Tucson, but did their best to satisfy a potential customer. If I'm in the ABQ area, I'm stopping by, for sure! I'll need a new rear tire this summer....Road Trip?

I'll pile on, PJ's has been great for me. Both Mikes in service, Steve ( who I've known since his days at West Honda) and all of the sales staff have been helpful friendly and knowledgeable, couldn't as for much more!

I'll add another vote of confidence in PJ's. I called them for some unrestricted manifold rubbers based on someone's comment here on this forum. Sure enough, the recommendation was spot on. After a couple more orders and help from them, I'll be back. S.
