I have been down on these guys in the past. Every time I have had my bike serviced there it has cost me more than quoted. Once more than $250 over the quote and not even a phone call for approval. And they never had the bike finished when promised. Because of this I had been taking it to Fredericktown who always did what they said for what they quote and had it done when promised. Problem is Frederick is 45 miles away and requires a trailer or someone to take pick me up and drop me off.
Winchester has made some changes to the staff so I tried them again. I dropped off on the 12th picked up on the 19th. One week like they promised. They also came in under the estimate. I was quoted $325 for valve adjustment and throttlebody sync. Final tally was a very reasonable $278 plus the cleaned the throttlebodies.
