Single line dealers
While giving my 2 cents worth on another topic ( they deserve change, too ) got me thinking. I know of only one dealer that is exclusively Triumph. Moto Montreal. They're not part of a larger chain - just Triumph.
Is this an anomaly, or are there others ?

Mostly an anomoly. RPM Cycles in Dallas is Triumph only, but I believe they are going to be selling the dealer rights and just stick with Meriden Triumphs.
Most, if not all other Triumph dealers in Texas are multi-line dealers...
It takes a good bit of cash to start up a dealership from scratch and then be able to survive until sales pick up. An established dealer stands a better chance of being successful.

Capitol Area Triumph?
Capital Area Triumph in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, seems to be a "mostly Triumph" dealer, also sells some United Motors.

Both Capital Area Triumph and Manayunk Triumph seem to be highly regarded, although I have not visited yet to see for myself, but I intend to visit both.

RPM Motorwerks in Belleville, IL is single line Triumph. GREAT dealer with many positive posts on this forum. Seems that the single line dealers have a better connection with Triumph regarding warranty/parts/service issues.

Champion Cycle in Bellingham WA is a great little (and it is small) Triumph-only shop that I think works because the owner Howard is so enthusiastic about Triumph and riders.
I've noticed that some Triumph dealers are primarily Triumph but also sporadically carry the also-ran brands, like Derby, UJM or even Victory. Of course our local shop that did this closed.

Single Line Dealer
Triumph Detroit is a single line dealer, in the past they also sold smaller brand premium dirt bikes (Husky, ATK & Gas Gas). Lately I believe they exclusively sell Triumphs.
I have purchase two Triumphs from them (06 Scrambler & 07 Bonneville) and been VERY satisfied. Nice new building, very friendly staff, excellent mechanic, and frequent events with great food!

Triumph of Windber, Windber, PA (just outside of Johnstown) is Triumph only - as far as motorcycles go. They also carried Bombardier (now CanAm) ATV's, as the riding season in that part of PA is only 5-6 months long.
I remember back in the Mike Vaughn days, Triumph was starting to aim towards getting Triumph-only dealers signed up, as they were discovering that pairing them up with Japanese marques rarely worked out. The Triumph was always treated as the red-headed, left-handed, stepchild. Whether the company is still pushing in that direction I can't tell you - I've become somewhat inactive in Triumph circles over the past three years.
It's something they desperately need to do. It's a harder, more expensive way to go, but it guarantees that the marque gets the dealer's undivided attention. Just the same, in a lot of areas, Triumph needs a competent dealer, period. Richmond will never be a Triumph stronghold, as we've had two bad dealers in a row. The first had a competent shop, but had absolutely no interest in selling you a Triumph - a Kawasaki, sure, but not a Triumph. The current dealer will happily sell you one, but I've heard nothing good about the service side, and my own experience with the parts department (I was a Ducati parts manager at the time) had me running for the door in horror.
The big problem is that I remember back to 1995-96 - and the above paragraph was equally valid back then.
If you've got a good dealer, for God's sake patronize him! You have no idea how good you have it.

Know them both - haven't dealt with the former, but he's serving Jim Howell's (Howells Fine Motorcycles - THE premier Triumph Dealer east of the Mississippi back in the 90's) old crowd with no complaints, so he's got to be doing a good job. Manayunk I've dealt with a little, and I was impressed. There is (was?) another Triumph shop in Bucks county around Churchville, an old independent shop that took on the brand about five years ago. Haven't been back there in ages, wonder how they worked out?
