I have ordered the item no. Yhst-83820109539579 Rochester Mesh Jacket from Triumph gearshop since Dec 27,07 ,but hear nothing from them.I tried to contact them by their e-mails,but again hear nothing.

Is any one have any suggestion how to contact them about my order?

Call them. They are a full service dealership, so there are real people working there unlike a mail-order website.

I ordered 3 jackets 1 Nov, I got two, but the Rochester is still back ordered. No problem calling RAMP, and I can't figure out why(how long does it take to sew one). I am not too concerned about the jacket yet, still a little cool in California. As long as I get it when the weather gets warm, I will be a happy camper.
