ramp motors sold me abike with 4 warrentey july 07 in november reject notice from underwriters stating bike was to old now they dont want to refund money or return calls any one have any suggestions?

Expand this a little ...."abike with 4 warrentey "..... and who are "ramp motors"? But sounds like a small claims court thing to me!

It sounds like you are talking about some form of extended warranty.

Have you bothered to speak to Ramp Motors about this?

It is a bit hard to offer any suggestions without a tad more information than you have provided.

Take the bike to the dealer you purchased it from, let them resolve whatever the issue is. Continue this during the four-year period whenever extended warranty work is needed.
