I said it was supposed to be announced in 2007 for the model year 2008. Also, there were already alleged leaked photos of the mythical 1500cc.

Call me when there is an actual bike for sale at a dealership.

That may well be true,
but without some sort of knowledge of who you actually are and where you get your 'facts' from, your comments bear no more credibility than any of the many other that have been floating around for ages.

If I were to tell you who I was my identity Triumph would effectively close down my sources of information. Keep March in mind for the leak of the new 1500cc. Then you can write your apology to me in this forum.

Just because I know something others don't, please don't knock me.

The great mythical bike....Yes we will see it when we see the Yeti, Loch Ness monster or perhaps DB Cooper. For God Sake let this thing rest in peace.

+1. I have no problem people sharing info, or even a mild level of boasting, but to also put others down as has been intimated in the previous posts - well that's a level of ego that should be treated with the contempt it displays/deserves.... Right or wrong, silence seems an appropriate reply

I cannot help it if I have more knowledge about future models and when they are going to be announced. Wait till next year when you will see that I was correct. You are the ones that will be losing inside information. Live your dream, cos that's all it is!!!

Born to ride, as were Triumph. The Jap's copied and Harley tried, but Triumph still lead.

Post Note your signature is remiss. You left out Victory. Perhaps an addendum. Something like, The Jap's copied and Harley tried, while Triumph stalled Victory went forward.
The sad fact is that people who were waiting for the mythical beast promised by Triumph could wait no more. They stepped up to a 1600 Victory with some impressive options and good qualities. I personally love my Rocket, but with in a year I will be adding a Victory to my collection.
