Thumbs up Moto Italiano in San Jose

Having just spent a week in Monterey and San Jose riding and meeting fellow RAT members all I can say that is everyone who rides a Triumph is lucky to have a dealer with the dedication and support that Moto Italiano gives the Triumph Brand I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Dealer or Service.
Everyone from Maya and Maurice to the Service guys are all very helpful and friendly to any and all questions or problems that they answer or help with.

Great Dealer

Moto Italiano is where we bought our two TBAs. Jason the owner was trying to get us to buy Moto Guzzis, he loves those bikes. We went with Triumph because of styling.

The other major dealer in competition with them for our business was not the Mountain View dealer which is three miles from us, but Hattar Motors in San Rafael. This dealer is 50 miles from us. On saturday we went to purchase winter gloves from them, love the environment and people there. The owner said that if we ever wanted to have them service our bikes they would do, now get this, "pickup and drop off service at no extra charge."

Not me

Like talking to the female sales rep at Moto, but took my bike there for oil change about one year ago. No loaner, like you get in Mountain View. Was told I would have the bike back in days. It took WEEKS with me pestering them for my bike back. Went to pick it up and was told they were investigating an oil leak. I disputed and told them to give me the bike back (no oil leak). Now have scratches around all screws on the brushed aluminum engine covers. Can't endorse this place like you have.
