THREE Dealerships...THREE Thumbs up

First dealership: South Bay Triumph, Lomita, CA, specifically Matt Capri.
My '01 Bonneville had one of Matt's early (circa 2002) big bore kits. A few months ago (2007) it started burning oil. The head and pistons were shipped to South Bay. Upon inspection, Matt agreed to send me a brand NEW 904cc Big Bore Kit at COST, knowing full well that my head was trash. I've had several dealings with Matt and South Bay, and EVERY time the experience has been a joy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Second dealership: Ridge Motorsports, Batesburg, SC, specifically Byron.
The actual repairs on the '01 Bonnie were performed by Byron. His persistence and determination to "get it right" are commendable. Installing the Big Bore Kit was straightforward. Balancing and jetting the carbs drove him nuts! I know that Byron and Jeff spent MUCH more time working on my bike than they charged me for. Thanks. She runs great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Third dealership: Motorcycles of Charlotte, Charlotte, NC, specifically Mark Engel.
I'd be remiss if I didn't include Mark's dealership in this post. It was his dealership and the RAT pack he sponsors that got me involved with Triumph motorcycles. I've had great service EVERY time I used his shop. Also, I got a good deal on a 2005 Sprint ST!

Triumph is LUCKY to have such good dealers. THANKS to all.

I've had dealing with Ridge Motorsports in the past. Haha, I won a $50 gift certificate on a poker run, and ended up riding up to deals gap with Jeff and a couple of his guys in April. Great people.

Glad to hear that folks think as much of Jeff, Byron and let's not forget Eric, as I do!

They are aces as far as I'm concerned!

After I had my wreck (totaled my Bonnie and was in the hospital) lots of folks rallied around and took care of things for me. Among them the GREAT guys at Ridge Motorsports! A buddy got my bike down to them and they removed all my accessories (ok'd by the insurance company as I was not going to be compensated for them (save those receipts!)) and stored the bike until the the wrecker came to take it to the bone yard. I had to literally force a check on Jeff to cover the time spent doing the take offs...

After being welcomed like a long lost friend upon my first visit, Jeff didn't want anything for their work time... He said friends help each other out... especially in times of need...

Cool guys, neat shop, excellent work at very fair prices... What's not to like!
