Talking indy triumph

my dealer came through for me . fixed the bike and did a great job. they are a great group of folks that care about what they are doing. i took the problem with the rotor and the front axle to them and they fixed it right away. they also made me a great deal on a 2002 trophy . they did it after they had fixed my bike. the only way you can keep a dealer is to support the dealer. AGAIN , GREAT JOB TO GENE AND THE CREW! JOE

Sounds like a good crew to deal with!

Steve worked up my quote for the shippers insurance company when they damaged my bike and seems like a good guy. I'm a lot more confident in their service department then their sales. Just didn't seem like the sales guys care much.

Update: well, their sales force isn't very good (read they still owe me 500 bucks) and their parts department isn't helpful. I went in today to get 40 pilot jets for my t100 and they couldn't even find the part number. They told me it's an emission rule - "no part numbers so you can't order jets and change the fueling"...riiight... of course 40 is the stock pilot jet. They guy wouldn't go ask service or anything. Just kept telling me he didn't know the part number and asked if I knew it. Wouldn't get off his chair and just screwed with the computer for 10 minutes before giving up.

SO...

Indy Triumph score so far:
Sales - bad
parts department - worthless
service - Seems okay, but I haven't had them actually do any work yet so the jury is out.
