Is Hinckley factory a union shop?

Not trying to start a political debate, so please don't start a flame war - whatever side of this issue you're on. I'm quite simply curious if Triumph's factory in Hinckley is staffed by union labour. Tried searching triumphrat.net & a few google searches, but couldn't come up with an answer.

Anyone know?

Thanks.

No Triumph is not staffed by Union labor, as a matter of fact their is not one single Union in the U.K. that I'm aware of. In my opinion, only the big businesses in the U.S. screwed their employees hard enough to encourage the start of employee protection groups......or allowed it to happen for that matter maybe.....

Cheers

Sprint...

I'm not sure about the Triumph employees, but the UK is absolutely chock a block with Unions, from farmers to school lunch ladies.

No - Hinckley is not unionised.

But they do have a Workers Council where staff representatives meet with management to discuss company development etc.
