Well, I've been ordering parts by phone today. All I can say is that the guy on the phone at Hermy's is great. Very nice to deal with, very prompt call backs, and they had every Triumph part in stock I wanted. Only thing to be ordered was aftermarket parts. While I have not got the parts yet, so far these guys are very good with customer service.

It is just refreshing to hear that a dealer ( more so a triumph one ) is treating a customer the way it ought to be ALL the time... :-D :-D

Uh, I would point out that Hermy's in located in Port Clinton, PA. I am in Prestonsburg, KY. I'm going to be walking in their store any time soon, and probably will not ever be buying a bike from them. This was obvious from the start, and I still got great Customer Service. :-D

I have ordered from them on several occasions.
I order in the afternoon and it comes the next day crossing 3 states for a meager $8 shipping cost no matter what the weight.

First class parts dealer.

I've been dealing with Hermys for the past two years, and as far as I'm concerned they're as good as they come. I do my own service so my business with them has been strictly for parts and accessories. They almost always have what I need in stock and when they don't, they get it right away and call me when it's ready to be picked up.

Once when I was waiting at the counter for my order, a guy walked in looking for a spring for a kick-start on his old BSA. I figured they'd order it for him but much to my surprise, Hermy himself walked into the back and came out with a new spring for the guy.

They're a great group of guys. I have no complaints.
