The Triumph site really sucks, period. Doesn't compare with the Big 4, H-D, Buell, BMW or Duc.

At least the bikes make up for it!

I'm not impressed with their site or their customer service at the moment. They could put links to contact them by email as well as their address for written enquiries in an easy to find location so I can vent at them about their dealers and customer service.

HI, I don't have a Triumph, but am in a market for something like the Speed Four.

So far, I've pretty much struck out on getting information on it - no specs, reviews, comparisons.

The local dealer, Munroe Motors, did reply to my email for the above, but the answer was:
"thats a good question try some motor cycle mags.sorry i dont have a better answer."

Now, that's what I call marketing!!!

I then tried to contact the USA or even the UK folks in charge for more info, but there is no 'contact us' link I could find.

The web pages are to provide information, get you intereested, etc., but the one's I've seen don't

The bike may be ideal for me, but I guess I'll never know if it's worth pursuing.

The Triumph site is crappy. It fails to impart any of the Triumph "mystique" to users of the site.
THIS website gives you everything that the Triumph site should, but does not. 1- a sense of community, 2- excitement about the product, 3- A place to turn for help from experts, 4- easy navigation to relevant topics.
A good website brings users in and makes them feel like a part of something bigger, and frequently updates to entice return visits. I don't get that from the Triumph site, but I am on this site daily. Thanks guys, you rock!
