Delaware Valley - who to go to?
My options are...
1) Manayunk Triumph in Philly
2) Martin Motorsports in Boyertown, PA
3) L&D Triumph in Dover, DE
4) Mt. Holly Triumph, in Vincentown, NJ

I bought at L&D, in Dover, DE, and it was a good experience.

Bought my T100 at Manayunk. Bike wasn't set up as it should when I went to take delivery. Buzz, the owner, made amends. The bike was delivered to my home by truck the following week and the 500 service was on Buzz - no charge. They have been friendly through the whole process. Went to Martins new place a week or so ago. Huge showroom with lots of bikes and few people who seemed to know what they were talking about. There is also Hermys in Port Clinton, PA. I'm just outside Philly and Hermy is 85 miles from me. Again, friendly people who know their stuff. My buddy bought a used Thrux from them and was very satisfied with price and mods he had done to the bike.

My RAT pack is based at Mt. Holly Triumph. Unfortunately, I can no longer responsibly recommend any Triumph owner get service there. Since March 2006, they've been through 4 service managers. There doesn not seem to be a Triumph-trained technician there. They botched up a rejetting job and enginee reassembly after a valve check. Two strikes and you're out.
Manayunk Triumph isn't perfect, but they're a world better than Mt. Holly.

I recommend without reservation either Manyunk or Martins (Both locations). I bought my Aventurer from Martins, and have had dealings with Manyunk, both places are top notch.

If you are buying parts & accessories I would recommend Manayunk. I've had excellent customer service from them, & the parts guy knows his stuff.
My experience with Martin Eurosports buying parts has been spotty, but they are the closest to me. I haven't been to the new Martin Motorsports yet.
Hermy's is good. They offer occasional demo day rides (thier inventory, not the factory truck) & I make sure to buy something from them on occasion. Plus, they are very close to Cabela's Superstore near Hamburg.

Although Manayunk didn't sell me my bike ( see JStark47's posting) they were very helpful in getting some parts to/for me very quickly. They are friendly, knowledgable, & very understanding of us Triumph loonies.
Recently 2 long-time Triumph owners have bought or had thier bikes serviced at Hermy's. Both were very impressed with the service, and they way they were treated there.
Personally Mt. Holly has been good to me, & I really have no complaints. The Service Manager used to be a HUGE plus for them, but since he's moved on, it just hasn't been the same. I think getting a certified Triumph tech in there would help start restoring some peoples faith.

Martins or Hermys
I like Martins, although if you're up for a ride, Hermy's has no equal...

Martin's jerked me around on a repair job.
I have heard nothing but good about Hermy's. Cousin bought there and they put his bike back together twice (deer and backed over)with no issues. Super friendly people.

Capital Area Triumph is just off the Turnpike near Harrisburg. Not too far.
I've had good experiences with their service department.
