The above is an excellent dealer in all regards. The owner may seem cantankerous at first, but underneath he is very fair and pleasant. Have brought both my Triumphs there for service, and can find nothing at all to fault. Recommended highly.

I can't say enough about Ed's. I moved from Poughkeepsie to Binghamton years ago and I still travel 3 hours each way to deal with Ed. I've bought 3 new bikes from him and he's kept them all going for a lot of miles. My first Triumph from him lasted 100,000 miles and was still going strong when I got a new one in '05. I hope to buy another Triumph for my wife soon and I wouldn't consider a different dealer.
