I have had experience with Desert Motorsports and Cycle Moto.
I bought my bike from Desert and along with it the maintenance plan.
After bringing back the bike to add an accessory they knocked the plug wire loose on the bike and it started missing and would die when decelerating on the freeway. I took the bike back twice for this problem, both times I was told that this was normal for the bike (because it has a 270 degree firing and is cold blooded) and they just turned up the idle and told me if it continued they would go through the carbs and if that did not fix it then they would start checking for a stuck valve (or something like that). On my next ride the problem got so bad I couldn't wait to get home. So I took the bike to Cycle Moto and I told them what Desert told me. Based on Desert's recommendation Cycle Moto checked the carbs, finding nothing wrong, then they started the bike and let it warm up. As soon as they heard the miss they knew it was an electrical problem and found the loose plug wire and pushed it back on the coil. While they went through the carbs they also rejeted the bike and I had them put on the off-road pipes.
Since I had the maintenance plan with Desert I brought back the bike twice more for service. The first time I took it in they did not top off the front brake master cylinder (I realized this the next time I went out and the front brakes seemed soft). The second time they overfilled the oil and it started blowing out through the airbox.
Additionally I asked Desert to do a recall (even gave them all the paperwork), after 24 hours they could not look up the recall on the computer and told me that most likely it did not impact my bike but they would check and call me back. After a week went by I called them and left a message for the Service Manager, he never called back. Again a few weeks later the same thing happened.
Unfortunately I wrecked the bike shortly after the second call to Desert about the recall and had it towed to Cycle Moto for repair. When I went in to sign the insurance check I told them about the recall and asked about the part, not only did they know about the recall but they had already ordered the part. Within 2 weeks they had my bike repaired and back on the road.
Several people I have talked to highly recommend Cycle Moto. Additionally others I have talked with have had issues with Desert Motorsports. I have not heard anything about Phoenix International Motorsports, nor have I been to this dealer so I can't help you out there.
My recommendation is to go to Cycle Moto, I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I will never go back to Desert Motorsports for service (I am willing to eat the cost of the pre-paid maintenance because I don't believe they know what they are doing)
