Where are you located? Windwalkers in naperville is now a Triumph dealer. Although they are new, and they'll admit that in service, they will find the answer and take care of what's wrong.

I'm not quite sure where you're located but if you can find the Triumph dealer in Naperville Peeti was talking about you may also want to check out MCC over in Villa Park. There on St. Charles Rd just east of Westmore and about a mile west of Rt 83.

I just bought my bike from there and so far the people over there seem down to earth. Its a family ran type of a joint.

I 2nd that on MCC also. Small shop, but very nice people.

Depending on where folks are located, I have been to Team Triumph in Janesville, and they are nice people to deal with and are exclusively Triumph.

I agree about MCC in Villa Park. Small shop but the staff is the nicest of any shop I've ever visited.

Triumph of Ill. is located in Elpaso. The owner just recently purchased another dealership in a different state and moved there. The Owner is a nice guy but is not there for his customers. When Triumph sent out a survey I didn't have anything good to say about them. The group just started up in motorcycles in 2002 and only has a parttime mechanic.
