DISCLAIMER: I am not affiliated with this dealer in ANY WAY, but I am a very happy customer, and wish to publically thank them.

I recently sustained a failure of my centrifugal air-oil separator, a known fault on some '01 Bonnevilles. The airbox filled with oil, the bike choked on it, and that was that. My local dealer, unfortunately, made it very clear that he wasn't interested in helping me. He had never heard of the problem, and he was too busy, and this and that....

A call to British-Italian Motorcycles in Vancouver, BC showed me instantly that they have a slightly different attitude towards customer service. Paul, the service manager, assured me that this was a known problem, that he would check with Triumph and let me know whether they would cover the service (on my second-owner, out-of-warranty bike). He called back the same day and informed me that Triumph would, indeed, cover the repair, and furthermore that he would be happy to make an appointment and get me in and out in just a couple of hours!

It was over in a couple of hours, painlessly, and I was treated like a king from the moment I walked in their door. These guys are a class act, and there's a definite reason that they've been in business since the 1940's! I just wanted to share a dealer success story with you all.

Cheers,
Sabre :-D
