Hello all,

This is my first post on here and don't know if this is a common question or not, so please bare with me if it is.

I am currently in England and riding around on my 93 Sprint 900. I wanted to go to Hinckley and visit the factory sometime early next week. Is this possible or is it only on factory days that you can go? I didn't see anything on the Triumph website so I thought I would try asking here.

Thanks!

Can't say for sure, but the latest issue of Torque mentions tours every day from 10:00am, but it doesn't mention how these are booked.

It does however say:
For more info on Triumph Factory Tours you can contact Peter by e-mail:
peter.clarke(at)triumph.co.uk or phone:

Hope that helps

Just been on a factory visit this week. Organised by Jack Lilley in London. If you go on an organised trip it is free but if you go as an individual you have to pay. Try your local Triumph dealer to see if they do any organised trips, or tag onto JLs next trip, there were riders from Norwich and various parts of London with us. Visit is about 2 1/2 hours and very interesting, twice daily morning and afternoon.
And you get an 'I visited TRiumph factory' badge too!!

I believe that's two tours daily, Monday through Thursday, and only the morning tour on Friday. In any case, it sounds very cool. All dealers are supposed to be able to schedule you for a tour, as I understand it, but I wonder how many are actually aware of the procedure at this point.

Thanks to all whom have responded, I had a great time while at the factory. Pete Clarke gave a great tour and has it all down pat. Answers to all kinds of questions, interesting facts, and a nice wit about him - Triumph has got a good man leading the tours.

And I got the pin for taking the factory tour too!
