There is a new Triumph dealer in Merrimack, NH, Second Wind BMW-Triumph. Second Wind bought the Triumph franchise from the now defunct Naults Ducati Triumph of Manchester. I paid them a visit to check them out, nice shop, nice people, a lot of bikes. When I asked a sales person about Triumphs he wanted to sell me a BMW. When I asked the parts person about a drive chain for my Sprint, I was told they had no drive chains. When I asked the service manager about a 24K service, he picked up the phone and never got back to me. Overall I left feeling like the "poor cousin". Has anyone had any experience with them?

That is different that what happened to me. When secondwind got the dealership from Naults, I went over for a visit (see an earlier thread I started on this). They seemed happy to be associated with Triumph. The parts guy found the part I needed just fine. And the service folks have been excellent (new front tire).

They told me that over this coming winter, they will be expanding the showroom to have more Triumph space.

I bought a center stand from them and was "assured" all parts were there.
I was/am missing the rubber stop, otherwise all there.

I went to their open house, al lrides were booked for the day, at 11am.

Not bad, not great. I'll go back, I'm about 1/2 way between
them and Great Bay.
I sent an email to GB about some parts, never heard back........

Thankfully I can do most work myself.

I would definitely recommend Great Bay.
I won't waste my time with the dealers in MA any more. GBM service is thorough and fast, parts dept is also very quick.
As to emailing them, I would call instead. Haven't had any problems over the phone.
