Can't speak to their service from any experience other than when I was there to look at new bikes- the sales guy (Patrick) seemed to know his stuff- he let me ride a number of bikes, and was proud enough of the service departement to let the guys show me around. They are in the middle of renovations now- but it sounds like the service area is expanding considerably.

I wish I could be more help- for what it's worth I wouldn't hesitate to give the service there a try- but that's based on the feeling I had that they weren't trying to keep me from seeing the operation! I think that the bike people there love bikes!

I bought my Sprint from Ramp. The bike had freight damage (dinged tank and scratched fender) so before I was to take delivery those pieces were to be replaced.

Service dept had those pieces ordered and installed in 2 days.

I would say that's a good experience.

I had bought my S3 there this year. They do seem a lot more biased towards - and probably knowledgeable about - the choppers they sell. However, their service manager seemed to know his business, they were friendly and proud of their well-organized service area. I hope not to have any experience with their service  , but there's only two Triumph dealers on the island, so I'd probably end up back there if I have to. (I know that doesn't sound like a rave endorsement, but it's really pretty good...)

Cant tell you about the Ramp service, but will warn you in the strongest possible terms to avoid Gold coast Motorsports service.

I have to agree with, Gdsila.

the folks over at Goldcoast are brain dead, can't say one nice thing about them.

I just bought some valve shims from Hermy's, Bret was great had the part the next day.
