As above , TC has minimal stock. I bought my Tiger there and consider them a source of parts...I do my own servicing.
They are primarily a Honda, Kawasaki, Watercraft and Quad store with Triumph a distant forth or fifth. I get the feeling Triumph treats them like the red-haired stepchild when it comes to getting stuff, though I still use TC as my first parts order store.
For the minimal warranty needs, the Service is reasonable, the folks friendly though their 'bread and butter' clearly are the other brands. I have not had a need for any complex repairs so do not know their competence.
So Cal Triumph has made a significant commitment to their showroom and parts stock as well. Service appears to operate in a professional manner.
Triumph owners ride a unique brand. With the comparatively small unit sales in the US, most dealers will have Triumph as their niche corner bike, extra-profit when-they-can-sell 'em product.
Dealers like Southern California Triumph REALLY commit to success. When there are more like them, the brand will 'take off'.
