Did anyone out there actually sign off on their PDI?Is it a requirement for the dealer to get a signature to be able to register the warranty with Triumph America?
Also, how does RAT get your name after you buy a Triumph?

I didn't.

Triumph register the purchase with TOA, which activates the warranty, adds you to the customer database and means that your details get sent through to RAT in the UK in order for them to issue you membership (that last bit can take a few months).

I did.
Life Cycle in Kalamazoo, Michigan is very through. Great dealer too. I have 2 dealers closer to me, a new one in Maumee, Ohio about 20 miles and one in Roseville, Michigan, about 95 miles.

The new one in Maumee, just south of Toledo was an Indian dealer and also sells custom choppers. I surmise he took on Triumph after Indian went ****-up. A dealer who sells custom choppers doesn't give me a good feeling.

The guy in Roseville seemed arrogant on the phone when I told him what I wanted.

The dealer in Kalamazoo was very receptive to what I wanted and when I asked him if he had the color of Bonneville I required and he said yes, I gave him my credit card number and picked it up the following weekend.

It's nice being middle aged and financially stable.

When I call my dealer about anything, they seem to know who I am without me telling them. That's either personalized service or caller i.d. :-D
