Many of you have read my posts pertaining to the unfortunate start of the season I had last year. As well, the many visits I had with the shop since that time. I was very frustrating, almost to the point of considering a law suit. As stated in my posts, it was never my intent to smear a company. For that reason, I never included the name of the shop.
The one redeeming factor for the shop is the head mechanic, Jordan. He was always polite and tried to do his best to make things right. I don't know where the blame lies for the many hours the bike was in the shop and the many visits required. But Jordan did say he was going to get me and my wife Triumph jackets to make up for the way I had been jerked around, and he came through on his word.
So, it would only be fair and right for me to tip my hat to Jordan of Sturgess Cycle, Hamilton Ontario, for at least being a decent upright person. He's not perfect. None of us are. But at least he is trying, which is a positive for Triumph. Well done.
