I bought a new 2002 Sprint ST from Simi Valley Cycles here in california in mid Feburary 04.
So far I have recieved nothing from Triumph USA welcoming me to the fold, am I expecting too much??? :???: I was told that I would get a year membership in Triumph RAT, and their Torque magazine.
So far nothing.
I called Triumph customer support last week and am still waiting a call :???: .

They can take up to 3 months. The process relys upon your dealer sending the sale / warranty notification to Triumph USA, them then notifying RAT in the UK of the purchase, then them settign you up as a RAT member and letting RAT USA know.

I think that Triumph USA/UK needs to hire me as a liason between dealers and corporate and customers to assure the new purchasers are properly welcomed to the fold and given the TLC they deserve. Ya know, make 'em feel as happy as BMW owners, except with a descent bike. :razz: So I think a meager sallery of $200,000.00 would suffice, with full bennies, expense account and work bike. :-D

Honestly, I think they need it and it would reap benefits in the long run.
