I would like the Texas riders to tell me about your dealers. I bought a Rocket in August and just got our Daughter a T-100. The dealer, Triuph of North Dallas, has been great for service and gets us parts quickly but does is not good on the clothing and riding gear. So if you could let me know how your dealer is.
Thanks
Steve

The Corpus Christi dealer was, shall we say, "less than adequate" and has since shut his doors THE DAY AFTER A TRIUMPH DEMO DAY!!

Austin has a good dealer that I have visited a few times and they have really good stock.

San Antonio (Harrison Honda) didn't work out for Triumph, they dropped the line.

That's the only three I have dealt with.

The Bryan dealer (M&M Power Sports) appears to have shut its doors (see my previous post about this dealer). I bought my Bonneville there, but I guess I'll be looking at Houston or Waco for service. I've heard good things about the dealers in Waco (The Euro Shop of Waco) and Pasadena (British USA).

I've been to the Euro Shop in Waco, British USA, Lone Star BMW/Triumph, and RPM Cycles of Dallas.

The Euro Shop is pretty awesome. They do alot of custom work (not bolt ons, but actual mods, bobs, etc.) even on new bikes that haven't sold yet. They are a Ducati dealer too and are heavily involved in racing. They have equal passion for both brands. Lot of clothing too.
(no web site that I know of)

British USA is awesome too. They have a pre-Hinckley sales side as well. It's been a while since I've been there, but they are definitely a Triumph dealer. If I were to start a dealership, I would emulate either of these two.

Lone Star BMW/Triumph are a friendly bunch, but don't expect them to help with any mods outside of stock. They even refer such mods (even a jet change) to the Euro Shop in Waco. They have an okay selection of clothing too. Not a bad shop but I prefer the other two even though they are farther away from me.

RPM Cycles is famous. (I bought my Rocket here) These are the guys who restored the original Bonneville record setting bike that burned in the museum fire in England. They are a Triumph only shop. They don't have a huge selection of clothing in stock and are a relatively small shop, but these guys are a real part of Triumph history (above and beyond the restoration) and live, eat and breath Triumph.

I have been to Joe Harrison when they were a Triumph dealer and, well.. they sucked a$$. I actually rode my TBS up there and started checking out a Bonneville America and a salesman asked why I would want that when I could have an ACE 750 for a bit less? Could this be a reason they didn't do well with the Triumph line?

Thanks this is the information I have been looking for. Looks like it is time to ride to Waco.
It would be nice if we had this listed somewhere.
I hope to see a'll around.

I forgot one that is relative close to you..

Lone Star Harley Davidson / Triumph in Tyler, TX.

It's been a while since I've been there, but they seem to be a pretty good dealer and had a good stock of Triumph clothing when I was there. The owner rode a Triumph also.

The shop in Waco has lots of stuff, and they are very friendly. I also think the shop in Fort Worth (eurosport) has a pretty good amount of goodies too. Also very nice people, nothing but good experiences there. RPM Cycles is my regular shop, and if it's mechanical, I have it done there. Pretty skimpy on the accessories/goodies/clothes side of things though.

We deal with the guys at Euroshop in Waco, also. Great place. I will pm you their information so you can give them a call if you like. Have pretty good supply of clothing and seem to be able to get you what ever you want.

Thanks for all the information. We will check Waco but it will probably be April or May before I get the time.
